Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, recording artist and businesswoman. The award-winning actress has received numerous accolades over the course of her career. In addition, she was selected for nominations to two Gawad Urian Awards and eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis was a part of a range of TV shows, including Hiram, Kampanerang, (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011, and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel featured her as the Komiks legendary Dyesebel. Also, she was the host of It's Showtime the noontime variety show (2009-2020). Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne, Australia on 17th of February in 1985. She is a Filipina and Australian actor. There were many awards she received throughout her professional career. These include the two FAMAS Awards, a Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards as well as five PMPC Star Awards in the TV category. In addition, Curtis has won 8 PMPC Star Awards nominations and two Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis has appeared in a number of television series, including Hiram in 2004 and 2005, Kampanerang Kuba Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa The year 2008 Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. In 2014, she played the famous Komiks Dyesebel character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She was also the host of It's Showtime, a noontime variety program (2009-2020). Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia she is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith an Australian lawyer. In 1982, her father was married by Ojales. Jasmine, Jasmine's younger sibling is also an actor. Clare died of a heart disease in 2007, she was only four months old.
